We believe that true joy comes from a community that sees our differences as something worth celebrating.

Moji isn’t your typical coffee shop; we are a pathway for acceptance and opportunity. Located in downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina, we are a 501(c)3 non-profit business established to provide meaningful, fulfilling employment to members of our neurodiverse community, to help bolster their local employment opportunities through life-skills and professional development training, and to show how they can provide meaningful and high quality services to our community.

As a NC 501(c)3 non-profit, Moji Coffee relies on fund-raising events, civic grants and community support to fund the costs of opening and building out our shop.  Continual and comprehensive training and development for our staff makes for an expensive model, but one well worth the effort.  Please support us in our journey to become self sustaining.

Providing meaningful and enriching professional development and employment to "neurodiverse" individuals within our community:

Over 70% of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in America are unemployed.

Please help us with your donations to ensure that some of our community’s most underserved members can have the same fulfilling employment and community inclusion we often take for granted.
